Issue:
- Dishwasher door drops down or opens by itself
Applies to:
- Integrated dishwasher
- Freestanding dishwasher
Resolution:
1. Contact the installer.
If your integrated dishwasher has been installed recently, the door panel may be too heavy, we recommend contacting the installer.
2. Contact an Authorized Service Center.
If your dishwasher is not integrated or recently installed, the dishwasher must be inspected and repaired by an engineer.
