When will I receive my order confirmation email?
I have not received my order confirmation email, what can I do?
Resolution
Your order confirmation email is sent immediately after placing your order. If you haven't received it:
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend may be processed by Monday before the confirmation email is triggered.
- If you saw an order confirmation screen or received an email, your order was placed successfully.
- If your email is not there, please contact our team to check your order. Call 03445 611 080 and they will send you another copy.
