Washing machine is drawing in water when switched off
Resolution
If the washing machine draws in water even though it is switched off, it may be caused by dirt in the water valve.
- In many cases, it can be repaired by starting a quick-wash cycle and rinsing water through the valve.
- If the problem persists, we recommend contacting an Authorized Service Center.
To help you determine the exact nature of the problem, we recommend a visit by one of our authorized engineers to check the appliance and fix the problem.
