Resolution

If the door of the tumble dryer cannot be opened or closed:

• Check if the door pin/latch is complete and free from any damage.A damaged one will prevent the appliance from starting.
• Check if any of the handle’s parts have visible signs of damage.
• If they are damaged or if the door is still jammed, we recommend requesting a visit by a service engineer.
