Resolution
1. If damage was discovered when unpacking the appliance:
Please contact your dealer immediately to report any damage to the delivered appliance.
The dealers' contact details can be found on the invoice or delivery note.
Warning: We do not recommend connecting or using the appliance in this case .
2. If damage is detected during installation or first use:
Please contact your dealer immediately to report any damage to the delivered appliance.

3. If the appliance reports an error code or functional problem during first use:
Please prepare the appliance data visible on the rating plate, PNC number (Prod. No.) and serial number, as well as your purchase document.

Mechanical damage or damage caused during transport is not covered by the warranty. The warranty terms can be found on our website.
4. Should you wish to repair the appliance at your own expense:
