Before any repair or maintenance operation, deactivate the appliance and disconnect the mains plug from the socket.

Always take care when moving appliances. For heavy appliances it's safest for two persons to move it. Always use safety gloves and safety footwear. Wear safety gloves at all times to protect from cuts from sharp edges.

Only adults should use or install the product.
Always empty the appliance of all the water, e.g. tumble dryer water container. Any maintenance should be carried out with the appliance standing upright. Residual water could damage electronics if the appliance is placed on any of its sides.
Make sure to use the product only for its designated purpose and verify that it is a compatible part for the intended product.
Do not use or install the product if damaged.
Please note that self-repair or nonprofessional repair can have safety consequences if not done properly and might void the warranty. Possessing the necessary know-how is essential.
How to replace the control panel
1. Pull out and empty the condenser drawer.

2. Unscrew the three PH2 screws (two on the top and one underneath) to release the drawer front.


3. Unscrew the two 8mm screws on the back of the washing machine lid and slide back to release.



4. Unscrew the two 8mm screws on the water dispenser unit and the two 7mm screws at the top of the control panel.


5. Unscrew three screws securing the control panel to the uprights and air conduit.

6. Unscrew the 2 screws that secure the control panel to the tank support

7. Remove the wiring, making a note of the position of the various connectors.
Remove the entire control panel.

8. Unscrew the eight PH2 screws that hold the user interface to the control panel.

9. Unclip the clips around the user interface board and selector switch to release the user interface board from the control panel. (NOTE: When reinstalling ensure the prongs for the user interface are refitted into their allotted sections correctly and are not damaged).


10. Carefully unclip the clips around the control knob support to release.

11. Lift out the touch control support and carefully unclip the clips around the control panel diffuser to release from the control panel.

12. Press in the two tabs on either side of control knob to release the control knob from the control panel. (NOTE: During reinstallation ensure that the tabs go back into the same clips on the control knob).


13. Push the on/off button into the control panel to remove.

When assembling, repeat steps in reverse order.
