WARNING! RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK

Before any repair or maintenance operation, deactivate the appliance and disconnect the mains plug from the socket.

Small parts not for children under 3 years. Keep all small parts and packaging out of reach of children.

Only adults should use or install the product.

Always empty the appliance of all the water, e.g. tumble dryer water container. Any maintenance should be carried out with the appliance standing upright. Residual water could damage electronics if the appliance is placed on any of its sides.

Make sure to use the product only for its designated purpose and verify that it is a compatible part for the intended product.

Do not use or install the product if damaged.

Please note that self-repair or nonprofessional repair can have safety consequences if not done properly and might void the warranty. Possessing the necessary know-how is essential.

Remove the worktop:

1. Remove the tank.Loosen the front fixing screw.

 

2. Loosen the 2 rear fixing screws.Move the worktop towards the rear and remove it.

3. Back panel Cover:

Unfasten the three screws (1) fixing the back panel guard (made of plastic) at the centre. Use a screwdriver to release the hooks that fasten it on the outside. (2)

Unfasten all perimeter screws fixing the back panel cover.

Disconnect wires from cable clamps.

Disconnect the connector.

Unfasten the screw fixing the heating unit to the back panel, and remove it

Disconnect the anti-disturbance filter. Remove the 2 fixing screws.

4. Remove the sides:

Use a screwdriver to remove the fastening clips.Remove the internal screws.
Remove the air outlet plugs and unfasten the fixing screw.Unfasten the rear fixing screws. Then lift the panels slightly upwards and remove them.
When reassembling, make sure that the holes drilled in the base of the panels coincide with the positioning points in the base.

Unhook the suspension spring. Remove the belt from the pulley

Remove the back panel :

In models with conductivity sensor, unfasten the screw fixing the rear brush unit.
In models with temperature probes, unfasten the screw fixing the pin guard.

Unfasten the screw fixing the bush to the drum pin (models with conductivity sensor only).

Disconnect the anti-disturbance filter connectors

Unfasten the 4 screws fixing the back panel to the base, and the 2 screws fixing it to the crossbars. Remove the back panel, taking care that the drum does not fall

Take out the belt.
