If the fabric conditioner does not dissolve, refer to the suggestions below for step-by-step instructions:
- Fabric softeners are often sold in concentrated form and must be diluted first, as described on the packet.
- Other possible causes of the problem are that the detergent dispenser drawer is dirty or the water supply is inadequate.
