Water leakage from under the dryer
Issue
- Water is leaking from the dryer onto the floor
- After drying, there is very little water in the water tank
- A small amount of water in the condensate container
- Condensate pump blocked

Resolution
A blocked condensate pump is an issue that can occur in a dryer, leading to water leaks on the floor. This is also indicated by a small amount of water collected in the condensate water container after the drying cycle.
This is a fault that requires the intervention of the support service, therefore we recommend contacting our Consumer Care Team to resolve it.
