Resolution

1. Clean the hinges with a damp cloth. Make sure to remove any visible fibres and residue.

2. If the hinges are clean, check whether there is any visible damage.

3. If the door seems damaged or continues making noise after cleaning, contact the Authorized Service Centre.

Cause

Cracking sounds from a door may be caused by dirt on the door’s hinges or damaged hinges
