Resolution
Any issues with the power supply should be tackled by a trained Technician.

Fuses can trip due to damage to cables, water, faulty installation, overloaded circuits, or several other issues.
You can book a repair using the link on the right-hand side of this page.
New Appliances
If the appliance has recently been installed or a new appliance has been added to your kitchen, this could indicate an installation error. In this instance, we would recommend contacting your installer or electrician.
How to check
To check which appliance is causing the fault
- Switch off power in the consumer unit
- Turn off as many other appliances as possible
- Switch the power back on at the consumer unit
- Switch the oven back on.
Is the appliance working as expected? This will determine if there is a fault with the oven or if there are too many appliances on the circuit.
Existing Appliances
If you have added a new appliance to your kitchen, this may be causing other appliances to trip. Please check using the technique above
Within an oven, there are several components that, over time, could develop a fault
The supply tripping indicates that a fault could be potentially harmful if the appliance or power supply is not put in a safe mode, i.e. tripped.
The only part we would suggest can be investigated with the appliance switched off at the mains is the oven bulb (or lamp)
Beyond this then diagnosing the issue with an existing appliance is best handled by a trained Technician. Due to safety reasons, we recommend arranging a repair.
Electrical appliances can present a risk of harm. Please don't attempt to investigate your fault unless you are qualified to do so.
