How to remove oven shelf supports for cleaning
Issue
- How to remove oven shelf supports, shelves, racks and internal fixtures for cleaning

Resolution
Multi-function Ovens with Steam:
1. Carefully push the supports up and out of the front catch.
2. Pull the front end of the shelf support away from the side wall.
3. Pull the supports out of the rear catch.
To install the removed shelf supports, repeat the above steps in the reverse order.
Pyrolytic, Catalytic, Enamel, Free-standing Cookers
1. Pull the front of the shelf support away from the side wall by sliding fingers under the bars where the support enters the oven side wall.
2. Pull the rear end of the shelf support away from the side wall and remove it.
To install the removed shelf supports, repeat the above steps in the reverse order.
Please note:
- If the supports on your oven are grey enamel and secured with a screw, these do not need to be removed before a pyro cycle is activated.
- If removal is necessary, you will need a T20 Torx head screwdriver. Unscrew the securing screws, then remove the brackets.
Installing Telescopic Runners:
Built-In Ovens:
Fit runners on the upper support bar of the shelf support. Each runner is marked (L) for the left runner, (R) for the right runner
Hook back of runner into position as shown
Push and click the front catch into place
Removing Telescopic Runner:
Built-In Ovens:
Press down on the locking tab situated at the front bottom of each runner then slide the runner away from the shelf support as detailed below.
