How to bake restaurant-quality pizza with Electrolux's PizzaExpert function

Turn homemade pizzas into crisp, golden favourites. PizzaExpert combines high, even heat with a specially designed cast-iron pizza tray to bake crispy bases and light, airy crusts in as little as ​​2.5 minutes at 340°C​​.

How to bake pizza with the PizzaExpert function

1. Place the pizza tray on the wire shelf at position 4, as marked on the oven wall.
2. Select the ​PizzaExpert function, then follow the instructions on the display.
3. Wait for the oven to preheat. It heats to 340°C in about 25 minutes. You will hear a beep and the display will indicate when the correct temperature is reached.
4. Open the oven door and use the pizza peel to place the pizza on the cast-iron pizza tray.
5. Close the oven door and press Start.
6. Bake for 2.5 minutes. The oven will let you know when the pizza is ready.
7. For a darker crust, extend the cooking time in 15-second intervals.
8. Press Stop to end cooking, or Reheat to start reheating the tray for a second pizza. Reheating the oven to 340°C takes 2.5 minutes. Continue in the same way for each pizza.
9. Let the pizza tray cool before removing it.
