Follow the steps below to connect your Electrolux washing machine to the app.

1. Check the requirements

Before you start, you will need:

• a wireless home network with an internet connection
• a smartphone or tablet
• Electrolux app installed
• access to your Wi-Fi network name and password

Electrolux washing machines support 2.4 GHz WiFi networks (IEEE 802.11 b/g/n).

2. Download the app

Download the Electrolux app to your smartphone.

You can:

• scan the QR code on the product’s nameplate
• get the app in the App Store or on Google Play

3. Create or log in to your account

Open the app and:

1. select country and language

4. Activate Wi-Fi setup on the washing machine

7. Enable remote start (optional)

If you want to start programs via the app:

1. Press Remote Start.
2. Then press Start/Pause.

The drawer is locked and remote start is activated. After this, the programme can be started via the app.

The connection cannot be completed if:

• the phone is not connected to WiFi
• the network only uses 5 GHz
• the washing machine is not in Wi-Fi setup mode
• The WiFi signal is too weak

It is recommended that you stand close to the washing machine during setup.

It’s not an error if the connection doesn’t succeed the first time.
