The detergent may be placed in the incorrect compartment

Check your user manual to ensure you are placing the detergent in the correct compartment.

Note: Using capsules or pods in drawers not designed for them may result in leaks from the detergent drawer. In this case, place the capsule directly into the washing machine drum.

Remove the drawer and clean it if necessary.
