Booking a repair on an appliance with 5 year warranty

Issue

The appliance has a 5 year promotional warranty and online booking does not work.

Resolution

You can book your repair online if the appliance is still covered by the standard manufacturers warranty of 2 years. We sorry that we currently can't accept repair bookings online for appliances with a 5 year promotional warranty.
