If you have had an engineer visit, organised by us, that hasn't resulted in a repair we can support you further,
If on our engineer's advice your appliance is deemed to be beyond economical repair we can offer a replacement appliance to you. This will be offered at £75 (inc vat) off our normal prices. This excludes delivery and any installation charges that you may also require. If you haven't had a repair from us, but would like to discuss a replacement appliance, please also call to discuss your options. Replacement products with this discount cannot currently be ordered online.
