Granola recipe (However, you should not use steam for this, as you want a dry and crunchy granola.

  1. 2 dl peanuts
  2. 2 dl cashew nuts
  3. 2 dl almonds
  4. 2dl oat flakes
  5. 1 tsp ground cardamom
  6. 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  7. 3-4 tbsp honey
  8. ½ tsp salt
  • Chop the nuts lightly, but not into too small pieces.
  • Mix the nuts and the oatmeal on a baking sheet and roast the mixture at 160 ° C for 8-10 min.

Another brunch favorite is the oven omelet or frittata. It's perfectly cooked in a steam oven, as the surrounding heat cooks the egg evenly and keeps it moist with the steam.

  1. Simply place some finely chopped vegetables of your choice on a greased baking sheet
  2. Whisk your desired amount of eggs (e.g. 3-4) with salt, pepper and a little water.
