Resolution
Issue:
- The oven displays error code F602 or F603
Applies to:
- Built-in connected oven
Resolution:
Your WiFi signal is unavailable if your oven displays either of the codes below.
DISPLAY CODE | DESCRIPTION |
F602, F603 | WiFi signal is not available |
Possible Solutions:
1. Turn the oven off and on
2. Restart your WiFi router
3. Check if other devices receive the wireless signal, i.e. your smartphone or laptop and if your internet connection by WiFi is working
4. Move your router closer to the oven
If one of these errors occurs, the rest of the oven functions will continue to work normally.
If these error messages continue to appear on the display, there may be a faulty subsystem that has been disabled.
