I'm unsure of the exact purchase date, how to complete the form?
The appliance was already in the house when I moved in, I don't know the exact purchase date.
Resolution
If you're unsure of the exact purchase date, you're welcome to provide an estimated date - such as when you moved in or first began using the appliance.
As you did not purchase the appliance yourself, please select the Fixed Price Repair option to proceed.
If you did purchase the appliance, we recommend checking your email for a copy of the invoice, which may help confirm the date.
