How to disassemble, assemble and reverse doors and hinges (1)

Resolution

Before any maintenance operation, deactivate the appliance and disconnect the mains plug from the socket.

Always take care when moving appliances, for heavy appliances it's necessary two persons to move it.

Always use safety gloves and enclosed footwear.

Please note that self-repair or nonprofessional repair can have safety consequences if not done properly

How to change hinges

TOOLS:

6×300 Slotted Screw Driver

6×300 Cross-head Screw driver

8mm Inner Hexagon Spanner

Step 1

Prize up the top side of lower hinge cover.

Step 2

Remove the hinge cover

Step 3

Prize up the upper hinge cover with a screwdriver.

Step 4

Unscrew upper hinge part.

Step 5

Unscrew lower hinge part.

Step 6

Replace with the new hinge.

Reverse above procedures to install new hinges and door, however, please pay attention to points below:
