1. There are 4 different steam levels:
- Humidity Low
- use for: tender steaks, crispy bread
- Humidity Medium
- use for: stews, gratins and casseroles
- Humidity High
- use for: custard, flans & cheesecakes
- Full Steam
- use for: rice, steamed fish & poultry
