Before any repair or maintenance operation, deactivate the appliance and disconnect the mains plug from the socket.

Always take care when moving appliances. For heavy appliances it's safest for two persons to move it. Always use safety gloves and safety footwear. Wear safety gloves at all times to protect from cuts from sharp edges.

Only adults should use or install the product.

Before any repair or maintenance operation, turn off water supply to the appliance.

Make sure to use the product only for its designated purpose and verify that it is a compatible part for the intended product.

Do not use or install the product if damaged.

Please note that self-repair or nonprofessional repair can have safety consequences if not done properly and might void the warranty. Possessing the necessary know-how is essential.

HOW TO REPLACE LOCK

1. Unscrew the four PH2 screws holding the bottom cover of the dishwasher and then pull the cover towards you to remove.

2. Unscrew the two PH2 screws on the top of the right hand side panel.

3. To release the side panel, push the three clips in on the back of the panel, then pull to the right and forward to release.

4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to the left hand side panel.

5. Unscrew the six PH2 screws holding the control panel to release.

6. Unscrew the two PH2 screws to release the door lock catch from the inner door panel.

7. Unscrew the four PH2 screws on either side of the crossbar and the four screws underneath the crossbar to release the crossbar from the body of the appliance.

8. Lift the crossbar out of position and remove the door lock cover (lift the back of the door lock cover to release).

9. Carefully pull the door lock out of the crossbar by angling the door lock to release it’s retaining clips.

10. Use a small flat bladed screwdriver to unclip the two retaining clips on the door lock to release the door lock wiring connector cover.

11. Carefully unhook the wiring harness and disconnect the wiring connectors from the door lock. (Note: Take a photo of the wiring positioning/location before disconnecting) Be careful not to damage the connector.

12. When assembling, repeat steps in reverse order.
