Coffee maker pump is very noisy and both indicator lights for small and big cups are flashing

Issue:
- The milk does not froth
Applies to:
- Favola series coffee makers
Resolution:
1. Use fresh, partially skimmed milk.
2. Use milk at refrigerator temperature.
3. Make sure that the whisking spiral is correctly assembled.
Cause:
- Not suitable milk
- The milk is too hot
- The whisking spiral is not in place
