Issue:

The milk does not froth

Resolution:

1. Use fresh, partially skimmed milk.

2. Use milk at refrigerator temperature.

3. Make sure that the whisking spiral is correctly assembled.

Cause:

Not suitable milk
The milk is too hot
The whisking spiral is not in place
